Nail Art Sunday: Pedicure

Jösses, nu är jag utan tvekan utanför min komfort zon och jag måste erkänna att jag tvekade länge innan jag tillslut bestämde mig för att vara med i Lelacks Nail Art Sunday den här veckan. Temat är nämligen pedikyrer och ja, jag är inte speciellt förtjust i fötter. Jag tycker ärligt talat att de är lite äckliga, inklusive mina egna. Men de säger ju att man ska utmana sig själv och utsätta sig för saker man tycker är lite jobbiga och här är jag nu och tänker visa er bilder på mina fötter. Det blir inte speciellt många bilder, det blir det inte, och det är vi troligtvis alla glada över.

Gosh, now I'm without a doubt outside of my comfort zone and I have to admit that I hesitated a lot wheather I should participate in Lelack's Nail Art Sunday this week or not. Because the theme for this week is pedicures and yes, I'm not a huge fan of feet. Honestly I think they are kind of disgusting, including my own. But they say that you should push your limits and expose yourself to things you're not comfortable with and here I am, going to show you pictures of my feet. There won't be a lot of pictures, no not at all, and we're probably all greatful for that.

Trots att jag inte är speciellt förtjust i fötter så har jag alltid nagellack på tårna, hela året. Kanske är det ett försök att få mina fötter att se lite mindre otäcka ut och det är inte heller helt ovanligt att jag matchar tånaglarnas design med händernas om jag ska göra något speciellt och har fixat nail art på händerna. Det vill säga om jag vet med mig att jag ska ha skor med öppen tå. Den här gången blev det dock en väldigt enkel design eftersom de här tånaglarna kommer få följa med mig i ett par veckor och jag därför inte ville ha något som stod ut alltför mycket.

Even though I'm not that fond of feet I pretty much always have polish on my toes, all year around. Maybe it's a try to make my feet look less scary and it does happen that I match my toenails design with my hands if I'm doing something special and have made nail art on my fingers. Well, at least if I know that I will be wearing shoes with open toes. This time I made a very simple design since my toenails will look like this for a couple of weeks and I didn't want them to stick out too much.

Jag har grundat alla naglarna med Girly Bits Razzle Dazzle. Nu var det inte så mycket sol när jag fotograferade det här lacket men jag lovar er att när solen väl är framme så glittrar naglarna något extremt. Ni kanske minns hur det såg ut när jag hade Razzle Dazzle på naglarna? 

I used Girly Bits' Razzle Dazzle as a base on all of my nails. When I took this photos there wasn't that much sunlight but I can promise you that when the sun is out the nails sparkle like crazy. Maybe you remember what it look like when I had Razzle Dazzle on my nails?

Sen valde jag att göra en liten fartrand på stortånageln med Essies Beyond Cosy. Jag älskar verkligen det lacket, det är så opakt och perfekt att använda till glitterdetaljer i nail arts. Then I chose to make a small speed line on my big toenail with Essie's Beyond Cosy. I really love that polish, it's super opaque and perfect for silver details in nail art.
